UP VSB Students Win National Finals of Unilever Future Leaders League: Off to London for Global Finals

The UP Virata School of Business Team Tres Marias, composed of Kathleen Mae Huang (BSBA-4), Katrina Roselli Lim (BSBA-4), and Lorenzo Canaria (BSBE-4), won first place in the Unilever Future Leaders' League National Finals held last 22 January 2016 at Vask, Bonifacio Global City. The competition was joined by eight other teams from University of the Philippines Virata School of Business, Ateneo de Manila University and De La Salle University. Another UPVSB team placed 2nd while a DLSU team placed 3rd. All competing teams presented their integrated marketing communication (IMC) campaigns for the brand Pond's to a panel of esteemed judges.

The winning team will represent the Philippines in the Global Finals in London in March/April 2016. Prof. James Ryan O. Jonas and Prof. Manuel C. Manuel III served as mentors of the winning team.
