Internal Shifting

LThis page is only for VSB students planning to shift to/from BSBA/BSBAA.


For applicants from other colleges in UP Diliman and in other UP units, refer to this page.
For non-UP applicants, please contact the Office of the University Registrar.

APPLICATION PROCESS

  1. All voluntary BSBA/BSBAA shiftees or disqualified BSBAA students must fill out the Internal Shifting Application Form below. Your shifting application will not be processed if the online form is not received.
    2.  
  2. After completing the online form, download, fill out, and print the Shifting/Transfer Application Form.
    3.  
  3. Pay the ₱30.00 application fee at the UPD Cashiers Office (UPD Account No. 9682-500-499-450).
     
  4. Submit the following at VSB Room 105 on or before Monday, 11 June 2018:  
    a. Printed copy of the Shifting/Transfer Application Form with recent 2x2 photo;
    b. Official Receipt for the ₱30.00 application fee.  
  5. Wait for the release of the list of successful applicants to be posted at the VSB Main Lobby bulletin board and on the UPVSB website not later than Monday, 9 July 2018.
